An Italian Lakeside Retreat

MAY 20 - 25, 2026 | LAKE COMO, ITALY

Led by Olivia Penton & Christina Daley

Join Christina Daley and Olivia Penton for an intimate yoga and meditation retreat on the shores of Lake Lugano, where mountains meet water and time slows to a gentle, luxurious pace. Over five nourishing nights, we’ll practice daily yoga and meditation, savor locally inspired cuisine, and immerse ourselves in the beauty and rhythm of Italian lake life.

Your stay includes daily breakfast, three curated lunches and dinners, a hands-on Italian cooking class, and a memorable excursion on the water—gliding across Lake Como and exploring its iconic villages from a new perspective. This retreat is designed to restore your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect you to pleasure, presence, and ease.

The retreat features a balance of curated group activities + ample solo time for personal reflection or solo exploration.

About Lake Lugano

Lake Lugano is a stunning glacial lake straddling the Swiss-Italian border, with roughly 37% of its area in Italy (Lombardy) and 63% in Switzerland. Known for its mild climate, mountainous, fjord-like landscape, and picturesque fishing villages like Porlezza and Morcote, it offers scenic boat cruises, hiking on peaks like Monte Generoso, and a blend of Italian charm with Swiss efficiency.

Situated between Lake Como and Lake Maggiore in northern Italy and the Swiss canton of Ticino.

About Lake Como

Lake Como, locally known as Lago di Como, is one of Italy’s most magical destinations. It sits just 45 kilometers north of Milan, near the Swiss border and about 30 minutes from our Retreat accommodations.

Famous for its dramatic Y-shaped form, deep blue waters, and mountain backdrop, this glacial lake captivates with historic villas and charming towns like Como, Bellagio and Varenna.

Lake Como's dramatic scenery, rich history, and association with culture and leisure have made it a significant landmark, inspiring artists and attracting visitors for centuries. Its cultural importance is evident in its historic villas, religious sites, local traditions, and its representation in the arts.

It is truly a fusion of natural beauty and Italian elegance.
