Women’s One Day Retreat

This retreat is designed to reconnect you to your body, your energy, and other women in our community.
Set within a private Encinitas residence, Return to You brings together movement, nourishment, and meaningful connection in an intimate and elevated setting.
The morning begins with fresh pressed juice and intention setting, followed by a 75-minute yoga and sound bath experience designed to regulate the nervous system, soften stress, and create space to fully land in your body.
Connect with other women in small-group circles — real conversation, fully present.
Enjoy a nourishing and thoughtfully prepared lunch, designed to continue meaningful conversation over a shared meal. Menu selections will accommodate common dietary needs and allergens.
Our day ends with a closing ritual to carry the day’s magic home with you.

Villa Sumaya
In Sanskrit, Sumaya means a long-awaited dream come true, while in Arabic it translates as a little piece of paradise. The weather here is cool (sweater weather) in the early mornings and evenings; the altitude is 5,000 feet.
