PRENATAL FORMATS
PRE / POSTNATAL YOGA
Our pre + post natal yoga classes are designed to support strength and flexibility during your pre or post natal journey. In this unheated class, we focus on gentle stretches and postures to work on joint mobility and muscle tone as well as relaxation techniques with the breath.
PRE / POSTNATAL STRENGTH TRAINING
Safely build strength and stay active with classes designed to support you throughout your pre and postnatal fitness journey. Our pre + post natal strength training classes allow you to enjoy a full 60 minute workout without worrying if the exercises are safe during this season of your life. In these unheated classes, we open and stretch the body in the beginning of class before focusing on weight training to keep your arms, legs, glutes and back strong and healthy. With an emphasis on pelvic floor health and then a relaxing cool down - this class is the perfect option for you to stay active, strong and safe during your pre and post natal journey.
POWER FUSION 1
A Vinyasa flow aimed at introducing you to the idea of breath to movement flow, challenging enough to create a sweat yet gentle enough to allow you to soak up the basics. Temperature of Power 1 is around 85 degrees.
BARRE-LATES
This class adds elements of barre, cardio, strength training, and Pilates in a high intensity, low-impact format. Each class combines different movements to help challenge your core and work on flexibility, while lengthening and strengthening the muscles in your body. Barre fusion is unheated.

MARCH 15 | FEEDING & POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
SYDNEY WHITE, CRADLE AND LATCH
Latch education, feeding confidence, and realistic postpartum expectations. Information that replaces overwhelm with confidence.
Sydney has worked with babies and moms together in several different avenues. Her background includes working as a Mother/Baby Registered Nurse at the University of Virginia Medical Center. There, she developed a passion for helping moms & babies have a good start in all things breastfeeding, newborn, and postpartum care. Knowing how much feeding babies can be a source of worry for so many families, Sydney was driven to become a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) through the Academy of Lactation Policy & Practice (ALPP) in 2023. She then continued her education at the University of San Diego, California's Lactation Consultant certificate program, completing hundreds of internship hours and passing the board exam to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2025. Sydney is passionate about supporting mothers as they gain confidence in feeding their babies. As a mom of two (almost three!) little ones herself, Sydney understands how crucial the right support and encouragement can be, as well as how every breastfeeding journey is unique!
