Asteya is more than just another yoga studio. It is a space designed to cultivate authentic connections, to pause, breathe, move, and rediscover confidence in your physical and energetic body.

Asteya’ is a sanskrit word meaning ‘non-stealing’. Founded on the belief that we have all what we need already inside of us, the mission of Asteya is to help you lose your mind in movement so that you can find a deeper connection to your soul.

From Power Vinyasa to Sculpt, Yin Yoga to HIIT, Barre and Kids Yoga. Our heated and non-heated classes are designed to provide physical intensity while offering an opportunity to dive deeper into your breath and spiritual practice.
