power fusion 1, 2 & 3

Power Fusion is Vinyasa flow, aimed at introducing you to the idea of a breath to movement flow. Each teacher has creative freedom to sequence the class. You will be challenged in a way that feels invigorating and empowering. We offer 3 different levels for you to explore your practice, and continue to grow. Temperate for level 1 is around 85 degrees, level 2&3 is between 94-99 degrees.


hot flow fusion

Hot Flow Fusion is our studio’s only set sequence and is also the warmest at about 104 degrees. With the same sequence for every class, it is an opportunity to feel your practice expand and develop as you consistently work on the same postures. This Bikram-style format will strengthen your lower body, challenge your balance and raise your heart rate. Some of our Hot Flow classes include an additional 15 minute meditation during savasana!


sculpt fusion

Sculpt Fusion is yoga incorporated with weights and cardio, a HIIT type experience, encouraging you to push past your barriers physically, so that you are able to dig deeper and fuel your soul.  Sculpt Fusion is heated to about 85-90 degrees.


barre fusion

This class adds elements of barre, cardio, strength training, and Pilates in a high intensity, low-impact format. Each class combines different movements to help challenge your core and work on flexibility, while lengthening and strengthening the muscles in your body. Barre fusion is unheated.


yin fusion

Settle into a slow, restorative style of yoga. You will linger in postures longer, targeting the deepest tissues of your body, our connective tissues. When joining this class prepare to surrender mind and body to a calming, all-encompassing energy of peace. Yin fusion is unheated.


HIIT fusion

A high intensity interval training class. You have choice of a 30 minute burnout, or you can stay the extra 15 for sneak attack by your instructor. Whether you leave at 30 or enjoy the whole 45, you are sure to get your heart rate elevated, and torch serious calories. HIIT classes are unheated.


kids yoga

Our kids empowerment program creates a sense of belonging and community paired with movement and mindfulness. We focus on 5 points of empowerment: gratitude, affirmations, breath, movement, and stillness. Kids Yoga is held every Monday - Thursday from 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm, every Saturday 9 am - 11 am. Special Kids Yoga camps available over Summer and Winter Breaks.


NEW asteya fit

Our small group circuit training classes include a variety of exercises to support strength training, mobility work and cardio while keeping workouts interesting to ensure continued progress with the guidance of experienced trainers. The small class setting allows the trainers to teach proper anatomical alignment and technique for the long term health and longevity of your body. Asteya Fit is an additional offering, you can purchase Asteya Fit Class packs OR upgrade your existing membership to ALL ACCESS and get unlimited classes at both Asteya Yoga & Asteya Fit.
